More than 16 years ago, EcoPackin started from a simple observation: businesses do not just buy packaging goods. What they need is packaging that works, arrives on time and can be reordered at the same specification.
As global e-commerce and international trade grew, packaging became more important across logistics, retail, food-service and other industries. Overseas buyers were left with a difficult choice. Standard-product suppliers are easy to find, but manufacturing partners who understand custom requirements, hold quality steady and support cross-border delivery are scarce. That gap is the problem EcoPackin set out to close.
From our base in Dongguan, a core manufacturing hub in China, we grew from a packaging factory into a one-stop packaging and printing solution provider. The working principle has not changed: understand the customer’s real requirement, deliver qualified production, and build a supply partnership that lasts beyond one order.
Packaging needs vary widely by industry. E-commerce brands need lightweight, protective shipping packaging. Logistics clients need large, steady volumes of labels and consumables. Retailers care about print quality and brand display. Food-service and aviation customers work to strict functional standards. Rather than applying standard-order thinking, we look at the application behind each request. Our portfolio covers logistics and e-commerce packaging, thermal printing consumables, food-service, aviation catering and retail packaging, so customers can consolidate several categories into one supplier and cut supply-chain management cost.
Consistent quality is what makes repeat supply reliable. A wrong dimension causes packing failures, unstable material fails to protect the goods, print flaws damage brand image, and late production disrupts inventory planning. We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and FSC certifications, and can provide SGS third-party test reports covering material performance, food-contact safety and compostability for export. Internal quality control covers incoming raw-material inspection, in-line production checks and finished-product verification, so quality is built into each production step and specifications hold on repeat orders.
We have taken part in drafting China’s national express packaging standards. On sustainability, we develop PBAT/PLA compostable products, recyclable paper packaging and honeycomb paper cushioning, and we avoid empty eco-marketing: a sustainable product still has to work, with environmental indicators validated by SGS testing.
We also understand the practical obstacles of cross-border sourcing, including time-zone gaps, sample approval and customs documentation. Our service extends beyond manufacturing to product development, sampling, production coordination and complete certification documents, which lowers the barrier to global sourcing.
A useful partnership rarely ends with a single order. As customers grow and their product ranges change, our familiarity with their specifications saves them from screening suppliers again. EcoPackin operates three manufacturing bases in China, including our flagship facility in Dongguan. The Dongguan site covers approximately 100,000 sqm and runs 298 sets of advanced production and printing equipment. The network supports every stage of customer development, from initial samples and trial orders to larger commercial production. Growing brands often start with a small market test and later need much higher volumes, and established businesses face seasonal peaks and simultaneous launches. Production teams coordinate schedules, specifications and progress through the process, so customers keep visibility over their supply planning. Capacity should create confidence, not complexity.
Quality & Certifications
For international buyers, product quality is only part of a reliable supply chain; consistency, process control and documentation matter just as much. EcoPackin runs established management systems and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and FSC certifications, covering quality management, environmental responsibility, occupational health and responsible sourcing. Incoming raw materials are checked before production, semi-finished products are inspected during manufacturing, and finished goods are verified before shipment, so issues are caught earlier instead of relying on final inspection alone. For recurring orders, we maintain approved dimensions, material characteristics, print quality and functional performance across batches. Where the order or destination market requires it, we provide relevant product and certification documentation, including SGS third-party test reports. The objective is straightforward: make quality predictable, supply dependable and international sourcing easier to manage.

Sustainability
Sustainable packaging only counts if it still does the job. EcoPackin develops PBAT/PLA compostable products, recyclable paper-based packaging, honeycomb paper cushioning and kraft-paper alternatives. We do not treat sustainability as a straight material swap: a shipping mailer still has to protect its contents, cushioning still has to absorb impact, and a label still has to print reliably. That is why we approach each project from both the environmental and the manufacturing side. We have also taken part in drafting China’s national express packaging standards, which reflects long-term involvement in the industry and a working understanding of logistics packaging requirements. For customers looking to reduce plastic use or test a new material, we review materials and product structures against the actual application. The aim is sustainable packaging that is practical, manufacturable and suitable for real business needs.
